		<description>After some trials with the receiver for first week, an associate came and replaced the receiver and all is fine now. The initial modem/router was also defective, but caught by installer. These devices should be checked before they are installed. Love the service so far, tired of DISH going out every time it rains.</description>

		<description>This service is horrible. The channels freeze up all the time especially when you change channels. The internet is always locking up and it is not a windows issue like there tech support said. And there telephone service department is never open when you need assistance. I have had the channel lock up on me and not do anything. they had to send a tech out to fix it and that took 3 days. and everything I DVR has a red line through the middle of the screen and I get a humming noise alot of the time out of the DVR as well. If I were you save your money &quot;the grass is not greener on the other side.&quot;</description>
