(Part 8)

My Personal Touch:

This is what AT&T needs to do to make its customers happy and improve their service.

1.) A Multi-Room DVR, I hear this coming this year but they need it sooner and not later. I want to be able to share my recordings to any TV in the house including my PC.

2.) Media Stream – They need to add a feature where you can stream Mpeg, Mp3, Jpeg, Gif, and etc. from your computer to the TV. Since this is all networked together they need to have a feature that takes advantage. I know a lot of customer would be interested in service just for this alone because this would save a ton of time burning AVI files and what not to DVD or CD’s, we can just stream it.

3.) The need to improve the free on demand and add a library of some good free movies. I know nothing is free, but this would be a great add-on. It doesn’t have to be new movies, just some good classics like Good Fellas, Face Off, or anything besides what they have now.

4.) They need to extend the VOD library; it is very limited with the paid movies.

5.) They need to smooth out the IPG and make it work a little better and be a little more responsive.

Well, that is all I can think of so far, I’m sure I will add more later and with more detail. If ATT adds the above features they will have some very happy customer and some strong bragging rights.

Oh P.S. The features most work correctly, I would rather wait for it to work right than get it quicker and it work wrong.
