When my wife hops on the treadmill for her morning walk…. no TV to watch.. TV's around the house have a frozen picture until the treadmill is turned off. Anyone experiencing any problems like this?? Also is affecting the internet while she's on the treadmill.

It's a known issue seems to be with treadmills. It's discussed here in the forum.

Oddly enough, there is a workout room at the at&t center for learning with a treadmill and a couple of recumbent exercise bikes in it and (of course) a Uverse setup which as far as I can remember worked without any problems. I dont really have any useful suggestions here, just pointing out an observation.

We have the same problem. Not only does the treadmill mess with the picture, but also portable electric heaters. My computer tech thinks it's a voltage drop problem and suggested buying a good quality battery backup unit used for computers. The better ones have line conditioning & filters built in. I haven't tried it yet. I was hoping that AT&T would get their act together first and improve their box, before I have to invest a $150 to make their substandard equipment work.
