Last night our television was having issues with the video quality and eventually said it wasn't able to get any response from the satellite. After waiting a day to see if it would fix itself it popped up with the blue screen that shows "AT&T Uverse" but with a client initialization error.

Ran into this issue when I tried to put a different (HD) TV on a my bedroom feed.

Tried another box from a different room, same result….
