I have had U-Verse for approximately 4 months.  Service was working well until about a week ago when on just one (1) of three (3) sets, the video/audio randomly freezes.  The other two sets are working fine.  The only variable I can think of is that the STB for the trouble set is connected to the main router via coaxial cable, not Cat6 like the other two.  I have reset the STB and this did not resolve the issue.

Anybody have any ideas on what to try next?

it could be any of several things.  Since this is the only box doing it and its the only one on coax, I would say that the coax is a good place to start.  Unfortunately just about all you can do is check to see if all of the fittings are tight (30 to 40 inch pounds) and all of the severe kinks are straightened out.  Otherwise you will probably need a technician out to check it out.
