My main tv freezes every 5 seconds but the tv in my bedroom works great. I tried pushing the start button until it resets and also tried un pluging the unit with no help…..Any ideas?    Thank you in advance

are the cables on the back of the unit on tight?

if fed via Coax (TV cable, round black cable) , make sure that it's tightened at least hand tight at the box and the wall.


was there anything that was recently changed which may have caused this?
