We have 4 tvs hooked up to U-Verse and two of the televisions skip and freeze when you play a recorded program. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks

Have you tried to power cycle the equipment?

The problems could be comming from the DVR or a cable issue. You would need a tech to come out and run a test on the lines and check them and if ok further pursue the problem. Have you tried and factory reset

just perform a powercycle.. better yet un-plug the power cable for a minute(on the affected STB's ofcourse). leave the “re-set” button on your RG to the local field tech! you risk losing your mac address that way.

if that doesn't fix it quote that immediately to your uverse customer member care guy..he'll appreciate that:).. and he'll test your line to see if the problem is coming on AT&T side.
