No signal/blue screen.

We have had U-Verse for about a month now, and while my daughter and I were cleaning today it slid off her tv in her room. Everything is plugged in right because nothing came un plugged, and the lights are still on but the screen is blue and says "no signal." What should we do? We have tried un plugging and re plugging it up but still nothing works. Please reply and give us some advice.

Make sure the TV is tuned into the correct source. Should have a button on the remote that says either "source" or "a/v" or something to that sort. That will toggle the tv through the multiple inputs. Sometimes also require to either be on channel 3 or 4.

Make sure all the cables are firmly plugged in as well. Check the cables leading into the TV not just the ones on the box.

On two diffect times, after having U-verse for lessthan 24 hrs, I was watching local channel and adding channels to the Favorites list when when the screen goes black for about 3 minutes, then blue (less than 1 min), then No Signal, then AT&T U-verse than back to NBC. That was the sequence. I didn't do anythng. I scheduled a tech but then cancelled becasue I don't think he would know the reason.
