Is it possible that U-verse discontinued the service in which you could customize the channel order?

I set my channels up in the order that I wanted them. Channels 1 through 10 are the major networks – ABC, CBS, PBS, NBC, FOX etc.

Then I have a group of channels alphabetized – A&E, AMC, AZN, BBC, etc.

My problem is that I can’t find the option that allowed me to set these channels up in the order that I waned them. I called the tech people and the person I spoke to could not help me. The closest she came was to find another tech that said he’s had people ask him the same question.

Does anyone here have any insight into what happened?

Is there a way to upload pictures so I can take a picture of my guide and show you what it looks like?

It just isn’t a message board without those annoying smilies.

I’m showing the channels as of channel 11 because channels 2 through 10 are my local channels.  I think you can see how I rearranged the channels alphabetically.  Uverse must have discontinued this service.  It would be great if we could get it back.
