Remote DVR access has not worked since I got service on 2-1-09.  When I try to access it from my computer I get the following message: "

 

Your request cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later.

When I try to connect from my cell phone it tells me I am not registered.

It's working fine for me as well. Maybe trying doing a reboot on the DVR and RG.
