It would be really cool if the U-bar would show a 3-day forecast instead of just the current day (or maybe I am an idiot who hasn't figured out how to make it work yet).  =D

That is a good idea, I don't use U-bar but that actually would be pretty usefully, so you could check the Weather right quick.
