My family records a lot of kids and news programming for later viewing. Previously, with our former Cox Communications provider, there was an option to keep a max number of copies (ie, Last 2,3,4,5,All recordings).

It would be great to see a similar feature on the UVerse DVR recording options (particularly with Series recordings)..

The "Keep until" feature (until space is needed/until I erase) is limited, and creates more recordings that we have to look at. For instance, currently, I have for one individual show, "28" recordings that I would potentially have to delete, one-by-one, if I want to manually clean up the mess. I like the 'Keep until I erase" feature, but it might be clarified better if instead, there was a "lock" icon option on the info bar for each title to prevent erasure.

I would also like to see a feature where, say in a sceneriao where you need to delete a large list of recordings, a selection/select all toggle and then a delete confirmation for those selected.  This would help speed up some cleaning up large volumes of recorded shows.
