Have the DVR display real-time caller ID. It seems the UI to get to the caller log, while informative, takes too long to get to. I think everything is IP based, so not sure if some type of packet could be sent to the DVR for a quick display like the ATT Bar. (The caller id info should not be recorded on any currently recording programs)

Just in case the feature was offered/enabled, I wouldn't want to see the info pop up on a recorded show. :) Likely, it wouldn't be done that way, but just in case, I wanted it clarified. ;)   I only wish weather alerts could somehow be handled the same way..
