I’ve come from dish, my wife and I miss these channels..
Rede Globo (tv globo internacional ) 20$ extra a month..
Classic Arts Channel (totally free, don’t know why its not on the lineup now.)
Voom HD package (mostly Equator HD channel, but all of em are great) this came for free with the dish hd package.
please AT&T UVERSE throw us a bone.. :)

I’m willing to bet the line up will get better as the service matures in the market.

I”ll raise that bet with wife requesting return to dish for Rede Globo and EquatorHD
if uverse doesn’t “mature” before her Brazilian TV withdrawals become too great.

Please put back the previous audio music channels (specifically channel no 5018 for Trance/Dance music).
Also put in BBC World instead of the other crappy news channels.

How about bringing Music Choice back and ditch Urge?
Don’t some people get satellite radio with their provider?

I’m sure U-verse will get a lot more channels as time passes and contracts are agreed upon.

Just installed the service, and I don't think we'll last the whole month without my wife's Globo and my brazilian soccer games. I must admit to be disapointed as Uverse is the only service in town that does not carry the brazilian channels ( comcast, Directv, dish – all do )

Att is slowly starting to add more channels as it goes. From what i understand that it takes a lot of effort and money to get the licence to get the channels. Not sure tho.

Your right they have to make deals with the networks. This is like AT&T, Dish, and others carrying NFL Network but the cable companies won't pick it up. It's a deal breaker for some and not for others.
