For the last 3 days I have lost my service at 3:30 and it is restored after 6pm. I have reset the equipment several times.. I called tech support they swore there were no outages *rolls eyes* On one occasion they were able to do a restart on my system remotely. Today was the worse day after 3 calls to tech support they sent a technician to replace my gateway. it was replaced but still no service. why the tech was looking at my phone box outside, he noticed that the original tech didnt not set up my phone service for voip.. said it was still… pots? not sure if i am spelling right.. bottom line they had a system failure in certain sections of my town.. and to make matters worse they are not telling the techs of the failure.. he had to call to verify. i spent 3 days on the phone with them. bpttpm line comcast is looking good right now lol

Yes, all the neighbors around me and my parents live 4 houses away and they have the same issues at the same time.

Sounds like an outage to me, you need to keep escalating within the company until they resolve the issue. It seems if they where doing some sort of upgrade they should do it on off peak hours.
