Ok, just spent 2 hours with level 1 and 2 support.  Only to have them tell me.. “Duh.. we dont know whats wrong.. want us to send a tech?”  I said NO.. had too many of them out that dont know what they are doing.  Apparently the URGE music channels are having difficulties.  They play 5 seconds of audio and then go silent, screen freezes.  I have 6 STB's and same on all. So no box or line issues. 

ATT has a status page on their support to show outages, it would have saved me 2 hours if they wouldve posted there.  But I dont think they even know if its an outage.  I think their standard response is wait 24 hours and it should clear up.  Well I called about the same issue 24 hours ago and this was my CALL BACK to them as they requested if it didnt fix.  Again no help.

Anyone else having issues with the URGE channels in my area?
