After bunch of service alls to uverse tech support, I have been unable to get out of "RED X-mark" screen. One of the supervisors told me there was an outage in your area which only affects TV.

Is anybody else seeing this?

I haven't seen this, you get a Red X mark on your TV screen? Could be a software update to the box that went bad or something.

Is this on all TV's?
