Did anyone experience a "partial" video connection issues on 4/24? When I got home last night 3 of my 6 TVs were out with an error screen that said "System Connection Error….". I called tech support and spent about 20 minutes on the line going through the usual re-boot the box, etc drill. Finally, they bumped me up to level 2 tech support and I was told that they were experiencing a nationwide issue with video. It only affected TV, not the internet. I live in Houston and was told that Microsoft was addressing the issue. Eventually one of the 3 sets came back, but I still have 2 sets down the morning. I'll see what is going on when I get home tonight.
