my uverse – tv, phone, net… is out since 5 am and not back up yet.  called the cust serv center on my break at work, and no help there… no answer as to the issue until i asked if "maybe" there was a service outage in my area… the rep latched onto that and ran with it, immediatly saying yes after fumbling for a few minutes with an answer to my problems… don't know what to do now, and have no phone to call at&t (voip), and can't seem to find anything online to assist me.  this sucks.

do you live somewhere in the midwest?

if yes, most probably theres an outage in your area. everything is frozen.
