hey, chris…
this is not an AT&T site. while some AT&T support folks do troll around in here occasionaly, you'll want to call AT&T to get something like this taken care of.
we're [mostly] just users letting other users know what we see/think about uverse stuff.
i see that it has been a couple of days since your post… did they restore your service? how long was it out altogether?

Chris,
Yes I ageee with Zap, were not affiliated with AT&T just a community for it's users. We can help with a lot of stuff and give advise on setting certian things up if we have experience with it.
But your issues are more geered around the core functionlity of U-verse, so unfortunatly we recommond you call them directly.
Please contribute back to the community and let us know if it was resolved in case another member runs into the same problem I'm sure they would love to know what was done.

Hey Chris, I live in New Baltimore, uverse is one streer over from me, and I have been trying for over a year to get it to no avail, seems that this neighborhoood was created without the proper infrastructure to carry the signal, but, there is phone and internet, go figure>>>
