Had an outage after a thunderstorm on Sunday August 9th.  Called AT&T and recieved an automated message that an outage has occured throughout Metro Detroit area.  On Tuesday August 11, I got a phone call saying that the service was back up, but when I got home my service was still down.

If you have already tried to powercycle your equipement then you probably should call into tech support.
