As most of you probably already know because it appears the new Interactive features have already been live for about a month now in Detroit, Michigan. AT&T announced on November 19th that U-bar, Yellowpages.com, and AT&T Yahoo Games would be available to U-verse Detroit customers.
If anyone is using the service is Detroit please let us know how it’s working in the forum. We would love to hear some feed back. Read original blog post

Interactive features not working here in Farmington. I get a error that says "media center not supported" or some such error. Oh well, very happy with my service and support. Awaiting the new features like the ability to share DVR programs with the STB’s.

Poorshab I beleive the interactive features are still beta but you might trying calling in to still if you can get them working. Personally I never really used them although I have them, I’m still waiting for the Multiroom.

Hey Kelly, Engineering and getting approval to but services in new
areas is a very delicate process and it’s not always a matter of the
company just laying the equipement they have to get permission from the
city. Calling it honestly if your probably not talking to the people
that have access to the back end data because most of the time the Call
Center reps are not avaiable to that information because if someone was
wrong the company could be faced with fines on what they tell customer.
So likely they just tell you what they know or have heard around the
office.
If you really want to push for a real answer, I would
skip the front like rep because there not going to have the same
resources and a supervisor or manager. Call and simply explain that you
need to speak with a supervisor and if they ask why tell them. The
agent might try to talk you down out of escalating but be firm about
wanting a supervisor. Wants you get a supervisor make sure to get
his/her direct number if they don’t have you demand the next level up
because you need someone that can reach out to internal resources
within the company and find out what is talking so long and then
somoene that can call you back or you can call them directly for a
straight answers if you really want to know. However, your answer
probably isn’t going to mean the serivice will get there any sooner I’m
sure through advertisement you will know when it’s really available.
Also if you register on the site you don’t have to wait for approval before it appears on the board.
