I just recently got Uverse for my home, and when the technician was helping get my laptops up and going we ran into a little problem.  My HP Laptop dv6000 sees the wireless connection but cannot connect to it.  My Dell laptop is able to access the internet wirelessly.  I am not sure what to do, the technician tried for a good hour or so to get it to connect with no luck.  Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can fix this?Confused

Very strange issue, you might try to get a wireless usb adapter and plug into your laptop and try to connect to the wifi using the wireless adapter. Their might be something wrong with your internal wireless adapter. 

That would at least kind of give you an idea  where the problem is.
