ok got uverse put it. but the instaler had a second person out to fix the line on the pole due too error's. I dont think they were able to find the problem becouse my picture is ok kinda red and black is not black slight bit of blue in it. this is a flat panel also when i watch HBO it like if some one is getting in front of the dish and signal drop's.

my question is how do i aproach tech sapport to have the issue correctied or the phone line from the junction to my house replaced? It is, that or go back too direct tv.
