I was installed on December 7, 2007.  My installer was running late, but kept us informed as to when he would be there.  The installer was very courteous and neat.  After a while another installer came to help him, and he too, was very courteous and neat.  The install took about 4 1/2 hrs.  I had been on DISHNetwork so I had a lot of connections in my attic.  The installer offered to clean up all the connections in the attic and I told him to go ahead.  He did an excellent job.   I have called tech support on two occasions and have nothing but good things to say about them.  Both times they were very helpful and courteous.  And by the way, the times that I called it was a very small problem that was just an oversight on the installers part.  I am very pleased with the service and pictures on my TV's.  I would recommend Uverse to anyone that it is available to.
