My friend is looking at Uverse Voice. Want to know your personal experience with U-verse Voice. Hopefully he will get triple play bundle packages next week. He searched online, but hasn't found much information on user experience with the phone service functionality, reliability, pros, cons, etc…

I have U-verse voice and have never had any issues with it. It just works!!!  I do just the basics calls  inbound/outbound, Voicemail, caller id, and all the stuff you would expect. I'm not a heavy home phone user but my wife and I have never had any trouble with it.

It's as easy as picking up the phone.  Sometimes it can be a real pain to install.  Managing it is as complicated as a 12 headed monster.  Factors that control reliability include the age and quality of the wiring in your house, the stability of your overall Uverse service, and the quality of your installer.
