My friend is looking at Uverse Voice. Want to know your personal experience with U-verse Voice. Hopefully he will get triple play bundle packages next week. He searched online, but hasn't found much information on user experience with the phone service functionality, reliability, pros, cons, etc…

It's as easy as picking up the phone.  Sometimes it can be a real pain to install.  Managing it is as complicated as a 12 headed monster.  Factors that control reliability include the age and quality of the wiring in your house, the stability of your overall Uverse service, and the quality of your installer.
