I live in New London,Ct 06320 and have had att uverse200 & internet since Sep 2007.

Since at least the beginning of the year I have been experiencing many random interuptions of service.  Sometimes as many as five or six times a day and for various lengths of time.  Sometimes less than a minute but sometimes as much as 5 to 10 minutes and sometimes hours.  These outages do not correlate with bad weather conditions.  Are these outages normal?

If they are, I'll consider changing internet and Tv sevices
