I don't know if this is the place for my problem, but here goes -  My secondary TV receives no picture or sound but I get a snowy screen and white noise.  Is there a simple solution to my problem?  My main TV works fine.  Thanks

Yes, make sure you have your tv on the right input.

Right, some tvs will need to be on a specific input and others will needed to be tuned into either channel 3 or 4, more likely 3 though.
