I have had u-verse for about six months now in the houston area and have had no problems until recently. This past weekend i had come home to find out that my receivers were not connecting to the service. when i call tech support they told me that it was a known problem. couple hours later my service was restored. Then again yesterday when i came home from work i had no service again. when i call into tech support they told me it was a nationwide outage and couldn't supply me with any answers to what is going on and how long it is going to take to fix. does anybody have anymore information about this????
