I am a new ATT Universe customer. I am having ongoing problems connecting to the internet when using my Apple laptop only, no problems when using my DELL. On the Apple, sometimes after I boot up, it finds the internet, gets my mail, but you can't to the internet browser (Firefox or Safari), they just get stuck in loading mode? Othertimes, it loads right up without any difficulty? Any suggestions?

what happens if you close and re-launch the browser? Maybe your wireless device is defective, you could try to be an USB wireless device and see if that resolves the issue.
