I have been quite Happy with our U300 with TV, Internet, and phone since installed 12 months ago. I have had internet connection problems, but their tech support has been right on top and my newest reset has been trouble free for 3 months. No loosing internet wireless signal. My experience with ATT customer support has been really good to resolve issues.
I received a $6.00/mo increase a couple weeks ago as year contract is up this month. I called ATT Customer Service for reduced rate and gave me a 6 month reduced rate! The Supervisor also told me to call back on Feb 11 and can offer me $5.00 reduced monthly rate on internet service. This all took about 15 minutes on the phone. I got what I wanted with no hassles to keep a customer happy.
I had DirectTV since 1993 and then moved to Janesville, WI where we had all kinds of satelitte signal connection problems, even on a clear day. Had enough of that over 4 years and switched to ATT a year ago. They just put ATT Uverse service in 2 years ago in our community. I find that the HD picture quality is a bit better than Directv too!
AT&T Uverse is the best!!
