I have an install scheduled for Wednesday the 29th in Batavia. Want to make sure I have the correct brand of beer on hand at the end of the day. 200 Package, internet, and 2 phone lines. 4 TV locations. I don't think very old RG59 or Quad will be good for this. If you know you will be doing this job, let me know so I can best prepare for as easy as possible install for all of us.

Sorry it didn't work out! We just had the exact same thing installed yesterday and we only had one problem. For some reason they couldn't get the voice side installed. The tech said it was a port problem and switching ports didn't clear it up. I am near Randall and Fabyan.

Porting TN's can be an issue with any provider because the process is not very robust from any provider and is heavily regulated. So, if anything at all goes wrong in the process it can delay your port in several days and there isn't much anyone can do. I heard they where going to send regulations down the pipe to force providers to port faster, like 3 days or something but I'm not positive.
