Is there any FT's out there that can tell me what would cause someone's service to constantly go out?

I have a friend that lives two blocks down is having all kinds of problems.

I never have any?

haha well there are 1,000 things that can cause their service to constantly go out…

need a little more detail than that.

I'm not sure what the problem was but she finally got a Ft out there that fixed it and it has been working okay since. Probably something that had bad connection or loose connection I assume.
