I am moving to a new house. They have to close my account and reopen a new one, thus having to deliver a new DVR. Since they will be doing this on the same day, can they leave the old DVR here and I continue to use it? It is just ahard drive. Pulling the hard drive is probably illegal:)

You would think but I don't believe there is any AT&T supported method of doing this without violating the TOS.
