When using fast forward (2 arrows) during playback it frequently stops.   The screen just freezes.  If I hit fast forward again it continues with 3 arrows.  If I hit play when it freezes it continues playing normally from that point.

I would like to know if anyone else is having this problem.  If not, I will make them bring me a new box.

Try restarting or resetting your Gateway and your Set Top Boxes.  If that doesnt work, it could be problems with your wiring (HPNA errors) or maybe the box itself is bad.
