Hi all, so we have 2 tvs- one with a DVR and one with just a regular AT&T tv box. Well, whenever we trying watching something on the regular box it's really laggy. It's like watching a movie on a scratched up DVD…it stops then plays then stops. When we play the same show on the DVR it plays fine. I've tried restarting the box itself, the dvr, and the modem but I get the same results everytime. BTW, live tv on the regular box plays fine…it's only recorded tv that lags.

Any suggestions before I call up customer service? Thanks.

Your having a wiring issue.  There is some dificiency in the wiring connections between your boxes and your gateway that is causing the data stream to run slower than usual.  I wouldnt be suprised if you said you had some pixellation issues also.
