Hello all,

The last two weeks in a row the shows on my DVR seem to get deleted Friday night.  I'll watch shows on my list Friday.. go to bed… wake up Saturday morning and my list says its empty.  The shows are recording fine and the scheduler is still in tact.  However, the shows are no where to be found.  Anyone know what might cause this or how to fix it?  My wife is ticked she cant watch LOST..

Are you looking directly on the dvr or from another stb?  you can try a factory reset by holding the ok and down arrow and unpluging and plugging it back in when all three light flash on the front let the buttons go. it will take a while. be mindfull that you will loose your recording. Its worth a try. If that does not fix it then a dvr swap may be in store.

A similar thing also happened to me last. Only one show was available this moring. There were at least 4 shows recorded yesterday (Friday). I thought they might have just not recorded, or the channel changed the scheduled shows. Looked online and they did air last night. I'm not sure what happened, but it is very disappointing that I cannot rely on my dvr to record shows.
