OK I signed up to try this service last night and I'm sitting here reading the fine print.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong but my paperwork says I can only View OR Record One HD channel at a time. This can't be true.

I only watch HD and with Time Warner I can record 2 hd channels and watch a recorded HD program all at the same time. Most nights that is exactly what I do.  If this is true this is a certain deal breaker.

Unfortunately this is true and you can only watch or record 1 HD channel at a time.

Do you still have U-verse?  How is it going with watching or recording 1 HD show at a time?  My household usually records about 4 HD shows at a time, but my wife say she don't care if they are in HD or not so that's okay.  What's the picture quality like?  1080p?  Trying to decide if I should cancel before thay come and install my service.
