I understand I can only record a limited number of shows at one time, especially if they are in HD.  What I dont understand is that when there is a conflict why does my DVR not automatically find the next showing of the particular episode/show I'm wanting to record?  I like the U-Verse but Dish Networks DVR was 100x better <edited for content>.  There is no way to set a recording priority of shows nor is there any way I can find to check how much space is left on the DVR. 

Someone please help!  It is really frustrating to have to manually set recording timers for shows when there is a conflict!
