Personally I don't care what ethnic is on the other end of the phone as long as I can communicate clearly with them. In a perfect world I would love everyone to have a job but I would also love to see companies that are operating and making revenues in the United States keep their work here as well. It think it helps our economy. I think many companies lost customers trying outsourcing to force savings but because of customer frustration they didn't really save in the long run. Certain things maybe better outsourced but customer service should definitely be in house. 

At least that's my opinion.
