Hello..

I'm running Internet Explorer 7 on Windows Vista and very frequently the screen/window suddenly minimizes to the task bar when I click on a link or any other part of the window. It's very frustrating. Can this glitch be fixed?

Sounds like an issue with internet explorer not Uverse. You can try to uninstall and reinstall or you another browser like Firefox, which in my opinion is much better.
