After spending about an hour on the phone with a Uverse technician, he managed to help me get the internet working on my computer. The thing is, the internet stops working many times a day, and so I have to go and remove the power from the router and then wait 10 seconds, etc. I've been trying to download the same thing 5 times so far, but since the internet fails, it crashes in the middle and I have to restart the process! Please help! Thanks!
