We signed up for U-verse internet and TV. When we went to change our primary email address to att.net on Yahoo Groups we never received a verification email at our new email address to confirm the change.  Talked to Yahoo support online, levels 1 and 2 – no help. They suggested contacting AT&T. Got through to level 2 online at AT&T – no help. Husband called AT&T support, got through to level 2 – no help.  Could have PAID for level 3 support but didn't think that would help either. Am writing a letter to the President, CEO, Chairman, but doubt that will do any good either.  Does anyone have any suggestions.  We haven't been able to drop our previous internet provider so we can keep getting Yahoo Groups emails.
