I have TV Video, but no sound on one of my TVs. The remote has new batteries and is the correct on for the receiver on this TV.  The mute is not on and the sound is turned up. What an be wrong? Help!

Have you tried unplugging the box and then plugging it back in?

I've seen this when I inadvertanly press a button on My remote (don't know wich one) and the actual reciever goes to mute and cannot figure a way to get it out of mute.

I always have to reset My box but then I lose my recordings which is a pain.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I have the same freakin problem 2 tvs in my house now have 0 sound but a picture and yes ive unplugged the box several times and no sound still is there a button on the remote that i need to reclick or sumthing plz figure this out with me

I've had that problem with one of my tv's – turning everything off and back on seems to fix.  I think it is an HDMI issue.
