Would anyone from any other location other than San Antonio , who has trained or is working in a U-verse Call center share what it takes? Do you need a degree? the info in san antonio has not come yet, none of the colleges have any info.

I work in Milwaukee Tier 2 center for uverse and no you dont need a degree. I am also trying to transfer to San Antonio all you need to have is good computer skills . They will give you a test and it is pretty easy if you know about computers basic questions like what picture is a browser  email ect alot of multiple choice questions just use your best judgement .
