Discuss this in the forum. - (15) PostsAs many U-verse subscribers have been waiting since the launch of AT&T Uverse is for the launch of the multi-room DVR. Well, I’m in the DFW area here in Texas and I can tell you I have it today and without warning. This morning my wife calls me from work telling me one of the STB’s is not working, the main one, the DVR. So instruct her to reset the box and go through the standard trouble shooting steps. It comes back online and everything is normal. After a few hours at work I start thinking about news I have heard about the Whole room DVR being released in certain areas and wonder if it was released in DFW and I just a firmware upgrade.
Well folks,
When I got home I checked it out and sure enough I can view all my recordings on my DVR from any room in the house. I can even pause in one room and resume in another. It’s lovely!
Anyway,
Just wanted to give an update and get the discussion forum started. I will post some screen shots later this week.

On April 2, 2008 AT&T released it’s latest feature to their IPTV offering Online Photos through Flickr. AT&T U-verse is currently the only provider to offer an online feature which allows you to share your online photos through your TV set.
This is truly a great addition the AT&T bundled package but I doubt it will be a deal breaker. However, I can’t say I don’t like the idea because I don’t know how many times I have wanted to show pictures on my television but didn’t feel like burning a slide show on DVD. Now, I’m able to easily upload my pictures to my Flickr account (which is free) and view them straight from my TV.
Nice Feature!
Keep’em coming!

Uverse Universe site will be down Friday evening for a maintenance to our hosting account. I apologize for the inconvenience and will work to have it back up ASAP. The forum will also be down as well and everything should be back online within 24 hours and hopefully a lot less.
Thanks for your understanding

AT&T announces that Connecticut now has access to Interactive Features and it seems the list keeps going on an on as U-verse served area’s are continuing to be upgraded to compete with Cable TV. Connecticut can now enjoy U-bar, Yellowpages.com, and Yahoo Games right from their Television sets!!
Only if they would release the Multi-Room DVR for Christmas! We can wish right!

WOW, it seems like almost all U-verse customer will or do have access to the new interactive features U-bar, Yellowpages.com, and AT&T Yahoo Games. Now we can add Houston Texas to the list as Texas was the first area to beta U-verse from AT&T.
